Subscription




For new users, an annual XO membership is available at a price of Rs. 249. You can enroll for the XO Club membership by registering on the XO Club app (available on the Android and iPhone App store). Once you complete your payment successfully your subscription will be activated.
Your subscription starts immediately after signing up and making the payment either by online payment method or activation code.
The subscription is valid for 1 year from the date of your sign up.
This subscription is not transferable and you will be required to produce an original identity proof to the merchant. So, as long as you are with them, they can avail the discounts.
Yes, the XO team reserves the right to cancel a membership without notice in case we find that a user has not been following our fair usage guidelines or has been engaged in disruptive behaviour at any of our partner restaurants.
Yes, you can gift the XO Club subscription. If you are an existing XO Club member then you would also get a discount of Rs. 50 for each Gift Membership that you buy. Please write to us at [email protected] for further details.
Refunds will not be provided for the subscription, we do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions. if you are experiencing any issues with the services, please reach out to us at [email protected]

Referral




Yes, for every successful referral you get a cash back Rs.50.
That’s very simple. Your referral needs to download our XO Club app and mention your mobile number (which you used to register with us) in the referral area. Your referral would get a discount of Rs.50 when they sign-up and pay and you would get a credit of Rs.50 for each referral.
Each of your friend/s who use your referral code get Rs.50 discount on XO membership.
There are a few conditions that need to be fulfilled for a referral to count as a successful referral. They are:
  1. You should have an active XO membership.
  2. The referred user needs to enter your referral code. Make sure that they do not make a mistake in entering the referral code.
  3. The referred user needs to purchase the membership through our XO Club app.
On your XO Club app, go to your “Profile” section. There it will show you the amount you have earned for all your successful referrals. Every time you want to withdraw the referral amount, please click on “Request Money Transfer” button and follow the instructions.

Usage




Just be sure to give your membership number and your ID proof to the server / manager before the final bill is prepared and your discount will be applied to the final bill. Pay for the bill as you normally would and go home a little richer thanks to our on-the-spot savings.
  1. Always present the membership number to the restaurant before you ask for the bill. The partner restaurant may reject the discount in case you present it after the bill is generated.
  2. Your ID Card is required when you present the membership number to the restaurant.
  3. The discount is not applicable on cover charges or entry fees.
  4. The card is valid on restaurants in our partner list and not on other restaurant of the same chain, if any.
  5. The discount on your membership is not applicable on Black Out Days: 25th & 31st December, 1st January and 14th February.
  6. You cannot combine other offers like Happy Hours with the discount on your XO Club membership.
Yes, on Black Out days of the partner establishment in question, which are Valentine's Day (14th February), Christmas Day (25th December), New Year's Eve (31st December) and New Year's Day (1st January). Oh, and also, you can't club the XO Club discount with any merchant or third party offers.
The minimum bill amount should be Rs.250 to avail XO membership discount.
Yes, we do have apps for Android and iOS (sorry Windows users, maybe later?). You can use the XO app to:
  1. See the latest list of Restaurants
  2. Hear about the best and latest offers.
  3. And much more! Download the app today on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Unfortunately, not at this point but we're working on it. For now, the card is valid at select outlets of our partner restaurants.
We're working overtime to make that happen. But, for now, the card is valid only in Dehradun. Any additions would be communicated through the XO Club App.
